Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach

A very nice place with direct Gulf view. Parking is paid separately so please plan on advance. Walkable to some restaurants. Breakfast options were plentiful and fresh. Very dog friendly and all the dogs had good manners . Nice staff too.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days and enjoyed every bit off it! The staff was amazing, breakfast was good, and housekeeping was on top of everything! This hotel is right on the beach and offers amazing views, easy access to the beach, and a different breakfast every morning! I’ve never been to a hotel where they give you multiple options on your waffle batter I know we were able to try chocolate waffles, blueberry, and even pumpkin spice all while still having the original batter as well they changed up the food every morning so we weren’t stuck eating the same thing each day! House keeping came by and refreshed our towels and bedding every other day. The location is right by multiple shopping and food locations I walked with 2 of my children to go shopping one morning with ease. The only complaint I do have is about parking fees on top of already paying for the hotel you will have to pay for parking or risk your vehicle being towed parking as 17$ a day before tax so for the 5 days of us being their we paid 88$ to be able to park our car in the parking lot on top of the already 750$ we had paid to stay there. Other then that or experience was great! They also allow you to use multiple of the neighboring hotels pools! So if the ocean is having rough waves you can go to any of those hotel pools and still be able to swim! Adding a picture of our view from outside the hotel

The hotel is at a beautiful place with amazing views. The breakfast is also very nice, not the same thing every day, they keep menu different every day. There are several restaurants and places at walkable distance from the hotel. The best part for us was the access to the nearby resort amenities. We enjoyed all of the pools and lazy rivers along with the amazing firepits etc. I did not want to leave there. We had a balcony room which had amazing views we could not get enough of. Only thing that could be improved is cleanliness. We had to change change room because our first room stank. The second room also had some filthy stuff but we were too exhausted to ask for another room change and requested a vaccum the next day. The front desk people were responsive to address concerns. I would definitely go back again.

Great location. The room was clean. Staff was very nice. They have two pools and you can use the Hilton pool as well. The Hilton next door also has a hot tub jacuzzi Hampton guests can use. The breakfast is free and well made. It’s hard to complain when there is the gulf on one side of the hotel and the bay on the other.

We stay at this location all the time as we visit Pensacola Beach just about every month. The location is fantastic, staff is normally great. Over the past several years the "advantage" of being an Honors member is a joke especially as a Diamond member. We have decided due to the decline of benefits for honors members and how hospitality has lacked we will be looking at other programs. The room we were in for this Annual Christmas family visit (rm 344) had mold on the ceiling.

I travel for work so I meet a lot of hotel staff and see many hotels. I just wanted to say James and Aileen have to be the nicest and friendliest staff I’ve met to date. They made me feel like family and gave all the details of the best spots nearby for food or entertainment. These two will be the reason I book here again.

I brought my daughters for a quick, last minute fall break trip. We rented a hotel thinking it would be cheaper/more convenient. I couldn’t have been more wrong. We paid premium room fees for housekeeping to hide from us when we tried to stop them and ask for towels. I tried going to the front desk and they were rude and said “all we can do is tell housekeeping”. We were here 3 nights/4 days and not one time did housekeeping ever enter our room. We showered with the same towels nearly the entire stay. Not one time was I able to get coffee in the lobby. I tried going at 6,7,and 8 am. Didn’t matter when I went coffee pot was empty. My girls and I ended up having to go out for coffee and breakfast. In my opinion, either the Hampton inn needs to upgrade their facility and employee work ethic or lower their prices so the price is more in line with what to expect. I travel for work a lot and normally try to choose a Hampton inn because they are generally, nice, clean, safe, and friendly. Definitely not the case with this one. Location is the only thing going for it.

We have a wonderful experience at the Hampton on Pensacola Beach! Ms. Shelbi, the manager, upgraded us to a balcony room, allowed for an early check-in and treated us with nothing but kindness. The room was large, clean and had a beautiful view. Location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and right on the beach. Overall this was a very nice experience and we will definitely be back.
